and vision and attained a Masters degree in 1996 from the Institute
of Transpersonal Psychology while simultaneously becoming certified
and licensed to do bodywork upon receiving training from the San

supervised art groups with Drawbridge a non-profit organization

Mindy has created a way to combine her love of art and her skills
as a teacher, counselor and massage therapist by co-creating TimeOut.
She has devoted her life to bringing what she believes is the quintessential
experience of healing the body and awakening the soul through the
work of therapeutic touch.
It is her mission to have TimeOut become key partners with
every company in the new era of 'Performance Management' thus creating
greater personal fulfillment and increased productivity for employees
in the workplace.

Robinray R. Rowland CMT
worked as one of the first women coal miners in western Pennsylvania
during the late nineteen seventies. This dangerous and laborious work
was a challenge she enjoyed for almost five years until a back injury
from a rock fall changed her life.
After two years of constant pain, the road to recovery brought
Robinray to the University of Massachusetts's Pain Center in Boston.
As a part of the four-week in-house program, numerous relaxation
techniques were taught and it was there that she experienced her
first massage and the first break in her pain cycle. This was a
liberating experience that led her into the Holistic Healing profession.
She entered a 1,000-hour, nine-month certification program at the
Stillpoint Center School of Massage and Therapy in Amherst Massachusetts.
Upon graduating from massage school, Robinray continued her education
with a two-year healers training program at the Center of the Light
in Great Barrington Massachusetts. Robinray's twelve year journey
back to wellness took her through many types of therapies, spiritual
practices, week long intensive personal growth workshops and classes
that has equipped her with the knowledge, compassion and experience
to help others heal themselves. Today Robinray is pain-free and
has been a successful licensed practitioner uniquely combining Swedish
massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy since 1984.
In 1994 Robinray began doing Reflexology Clinics throughout Silicon
Valley California with Origins, Macy's and Nordstrom. In 1995 she
was asked to do Employee Appreciation Wellness Events for United
Airlines and from that work TimeOut On-Site Massage services
was born.
The Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals recognized Robinray
nationally in 1998 for her "eye for innovative massage business
opportunities and her contribution for outstanding achievement of
bringing TimeOut's therapeutic chair massage clinics to the
corporate world".
