TIMEOUT ON-SITE MASSAGE SECURES 3-MONTH CONTRACT WITH ADP/ProBusiness FOR 6th STRAIGHT YEAR

Offers massage for 600 employees as unique benefit for a job well done

Sarasota Florida., November 18, 2003 - TimeOut, a leading provider of On-Site Massage Wellness Clinics, serving San Francisco, Silicon Valley, San Jose, the East Bay, the Tri Valley and the Central Coast, announced today that it has secured another 3-month contract with ADP/ADP/ProBusiness (Pleasanton, Calif.). ADP/ProBusiness is a leading provider of outsourced solutions for payroll, payroll tax filing, benefits administration and human resource processes. Under terms of the contract, TimeOut will provide on-site massage for 700 employees, fully subsidized by the company as part of a special benefits program, up 250 employees from when they first started serving ADP/ProBusiness four years ago.
