Every new client that books a TimeOut Massage Wellness
Event receives a $50.00 discount. This is our way of thanking

Multiple Clinic Discount
In appreciation for your loyalty and trust in us, we honor repeat
business with a 10% discount when four future dates are secured
with a reservation deposit.

Every Massage Therapist chosen by TimeOut is a highly
skilled professional, licensed, certified and insured by a national
or international massage association, and loves doing the work they
bring to you.
TimeOut's Customer Service Satisfaction

Each individual TimeOut serves must be totally satisfied
with their massage session or a full refund for that session will
be granted unconditionally.

RESERVATIONS
Fast and Easy Set-Up
- Choose an exact number of massage recipients. (Usually 4/5
of total employees will sign-up for an on-site massage when
gifted by the company.) TimeOut's Premiere Massage
Wellness Clinics are 100% tax-deductible when gifted to
the entire company.
- Choose an Event Date and approximate time frame, (11:00-2:00,
1:00-4:00 etc.)
- Choose to have a 'Platinum' or 'Gold' Massage Wellness
Clinic.
- Choose 15, 20, 30 or 60-minute massage sessions to be received.
- Choose the massage work to be performed on massage chairs
and or massage tables. (Massage recipients are always fully
clothed)
- Choose preference of Massage Therapist, male and or female.
- Reserve a conference room.
- Call TimeOut, then sit back and relax. We'll take care
of the details and create a fabulous Premiere On-Site Event
for you.
Massage Clinic Event
A minimum of 3 scheduled hours required for each Premiere Massage
Wellness Clinic.
A three-hour Clinic requires a minimum of twelve15-minute massage
sessions,
nine 20-minute sessions, six 30-minute sessions or three 1-hour
sessions.
TimeOut gladly makes arrangements for special and specific
needs.
Sign-Up Schedule
A Clinic Sign-Up Schedule is prepared for you by TimeOut.
A Sign-Up Schedule can accommodate only one schedule option, that
being either all 60-minute sessions, all 30-minute sessions, all
20-minute sessions, or all 15-minute sessions. However, massage
recipients are welcome to book two consecutive time slots for additional
massage time.
Reservation Deposit
To confirm your chosen Event Date, TimeOut requires a 25%
nonrefundable Reservation Deposit, secured with a company check
or credit card, at the time of booking.
Balance Payment
The remaining Event Balance is due upon completion of the Massage
Wellness Event.
TimeOut Takes Care of the Details
Upon securing the Event Date an Invoice along with your Reservation
Deposit credit card slip, a Terms of Agreement and a Sign-Up Schedule
will then be faxed to you.
Express Next Day Service
Reservations made in less than 48-hours are welcome and require
a $50.00 Express Service Fee.
